Gabriele Bernucci, a graduate of the prestigious Pietro d'Abano Professional Hospitality Institute in Veneto, Italy, discovered his passion for cooking at a very young age, playing in the kitchen alongside his mother. His love for gastronomy led him to train in some of the most stimulating environments in haute cuisine, including the renowned Gran Caffè e Ristorante Quadri, owned by the Alajmo family, and other Michelin-starred restaurants, where he honed his technique and creativity.
In 2019, Gabriele decided to broaden his horizons by moving to Tenerife, where his cuisine was enriched by fusing classic Italian knowledge with influences from multiple cultures and culinary styles. At La Parrilla, his focus is on offering authentic dishes, expertly prepared and combining tradition, technique, and a touch of innovation that reflects his unique professional journey.
