Ria Katharina Jahnke – Executive Chef
Born in Germany and raised in the Canary Islands, Ria Katharina Jahnke combines tradition, authenticity, and creativity in a cuisine marked by respect for the product. From a very young age, she developed her passion for gastronomy, inspired by the simplicity of humble cooking, a foundation that today defines her style.
As executive chef, she leads the hotel's gastronomic proposal, shaping a coherent, elegant, and high-level culinary identity in each of its restaurants. Her career reflects a natural fusion between European tradition and Atlantic character, always with a contemporary perspective.
Under her direction, the gastronomic offer becomes a diverse and refined experience, where each space maintains its own personality within a common vision that prioritizes seasonality and the harmony of flavors.
