Awarded the Thai SELECT distinction by the Thai government, The Oriental guarantees the authenticity of its Thai cuisine abroad. This prestigious seal certifies that the ingredients, techniques, and recipes faithfully respect Thai culinary tradition, offering a genuine, top-quality experience.

At The Oriental, my goal is for every diner to travel to Thailand through their senses. We use authentic ingredients and techniques passed down through generations, always respecting the essence of our cuisine. Cooking here is sharing a piece of my home with each guest.
Our culinary offering at the Hotel Botánico is an invitation to discover the world through gastronomy, where each restaurant offers a unique experience, but at The Oriental you will find the soul of Thailand in its purest and most elegant form.
Schedule
Restaurant hours:
- Closed: Sunday and Monday.
- Holidays: from 17/05/2026 to 19/06/2026, both included.
- Summer: 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
- Winter: 6:30 pm - 10:30 pm.
- Restaurant dress code: Gentlemen are required to wear long trousers for dinner.
**Please note that our Restaurants will remain closed on December 24th and 31st to host our Christmas Eve Dinner and New Year's Eve Gala.
