What does the flight + hotel package include?

Includes round-trip flights from your city of origin to the chosen destination, in addition to accommodation at one of our hotels.

Can I customize my package?

No. The packages are pre-designed and do not allow changes to the dates, flights, or hotels.

What happens if I need to cancel or modify my reservation?

A deposit is required when booking, which is non-refundable. Additional charges may apply according to the hotel's policy.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. When booking, you only pay a deposit. The remaining amount is paid directly at the hotel upon check-in.

How will I receive the confirmation?

We will send you the confirmation by email. In some cases, you will receive a second email with information from the airline.

What documents do I need to travel?

It will depend on the destination and your nationality. Usually, a national ID, passport, or visa is required. Please check the requirements before traveling.
